Digital Product Policy

This Digital Product Policy applies to digital products sold by Jonathan Scott, a Texas sole proprietor doing business as Visual Intellignece Co ("VIC"). It supplements the Terms of Use and Sale. If this policy conflicts with non-waivable consumer law, that law controls.

1. Delivery

Payhip handles checkout, receipts, and digital-file delivery. After a successful purchase, use the download link provided by Payhip and keep a backup of the files.

If the download link or delivered archive does not work, contact jonathan@visualintelligenceco.com with the product name and enough order information to locate the purchase. Do not email a full payment-card number.

2. Refunds and defective files

Digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery because the files can be accessed or copied immediately, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact us if:

• The download is missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting.
• The delivered product is materially different from the product description.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Another technical delivery problem prevents reasonable access to the purchased files.

We may provide a corrected or replacement file, help restore access, or issue a refund when the problem cannot reasonably be corrected.

A change of mind, failure to review disclosed system requirements, or a request for an unadvertised feature does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

3. Personal-use license

Your purchase includes a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use the product for your own personal purposes on devices you own or control and may make reasonable backup copies.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, upload, redistribute, or provide the files to another person. You may not include the product in a course, membership, bundle, client deliverable, shared drive, public download, or competing product.

You may modify a working copy for your own personal use, but you may not distribute the original or modified files.

4. Baseline Solvency limitations

Baseline Solvency is a planning tool built around information the user enters. It:

• Does not connect to a bank.
• Does not import transactions automatically.
• Does not know about variable spending until the user records it.
• Does not verify that an entered balance, bill, or income item is correct.
• Does not provide financial, tax, investment, debt, or legal advice.
• Does not guarantee that a projected balance will match an actual future balance.

The customer is responsible for reviewing entries and deciding how to use the resulting baseline.

5. Privacy and local data

Baseline Solvency is designed to process dashboard entries locally in a modern desktop browser. VIC does not receive the financial entries placed in the dashboard.

The separate Payhip checkout still collects the information required to process payment and deliver the files. Review the Privacy Policy for details.

The customer is responsible for securing the device, browser profile, exported information, and backups.

6. Support scope

Reasonable product support includes help with receiving, opening, or using the delivered files as described. Support does not include personalized financial guidance, custom product development, device repair, data recovery, or support for every third-party browser extension or security configuration.

Email support requests to jonathan@visualintelligenceco.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, bank statements, or unredacted financial records by email.

7. Updates

A one-time purchase does not guarantee future features, customizations, or lifetime updates unless the product page expressly says so. VIC may provide corrections or updates at its discretion.
